How does Dreamz deliver a 38% reduction in sleep onset?
Dreamz reads your brain's electrical activity in real time. When it detects the natural transition toward sleep, it delivers a gentle, barely-perceptible signal that calms overactive mental chatter and reinforces your brain's own sleep rhythms.
Is it safe to use every night?
Yes. Dreamz uses non-invasive, low-intensity stimulation designed to be safe for healthy adults during overnight wear. It is not intended for children, pregnant individuals, or people with epilepsy or known neurological conditions. Consult your doctor if you have concerns.
Will I feel the stimulation?
Most users report feeling nothing at all. The signals are intentionally kept at an intensity that works on the brain without being perceptible to the sleeper. A small number of users may notice a very mild, brief tingling sensation during initial use.

Can I wash the mask?
Yes. Remove the slim electronics module from the front pocket, then machine wash the fabric on a cold gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry only. Reinsert the module once fully dry. Never expose the electronics to water.
Does Dreamz work for insomnia?
Dreamz is designed for adults who take more than 20 minutes to fall asleep or who want to improve overall sleep quality. It is a wellness device, not a medical treatment. If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, please consult a healthcare professional alongside using Dreamz.
What app does Dreamz use?
Dreamz connects wirelessly to a companion app available on iOS and Android. The app shows your nightly sleep score, a breakdown of your brain activity, weekly trends, and lets you set goals from deeper sleep to improved focus and memory.
